Our company has shaped best practices for Audio Description in film, television, gaming, sports, and live events around the world, and we are excited to share the next step in our pursuit of making more media accessible to all: Sign Language Services.
As we build our Sign Language Services, we are eager to collaborate with the Deaf community through the creation of a Deaf Advisory Council. We hope the new Council members will mirror our Blind Advisory Council and help us increase awareness, develop new resources and services, and highlight and address accessibility issues and systemic barriers.
We welcome your ideas and feedback as we expand our diverse and inclusive network of both Deaf and hearing sign language interpreters to meet the varied needs of our clients. The DVW team is very excited for this new chapter, as we endeavor to make more media accessible to all.
